- Guelph Community Health Centre
- Guelph Family Health Team
- The People and Information Network
- United Way Guelph Wellington Dufferin
- University of Guelph Institute of Community Engaged Scholarship
- Waterloo Wellington Canadian Mental Health Association
- Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health
The development of the Toward Common Ground model was made possible by a grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF). TCG no longer receives funds from OTF.
